摘要：随着现代科学技术的飞速发展，国民经济各行业和部门都在运用现代技术来管理日益复杂的过程管理和相关内容，以达到科学管理、节省管理成本以及提高管理效率。因此优秀管理方法在劳动密集的建筑行业建立和完善既是现代建筑产品的高复杂性必然要求，也是科学高效管理的必由之路。
