摘要：随着人们对居住环境质量要求的提高和审美情趣的变化，以及室内设计和装饰材料的发展，室内装饰施工扮演着建筑物“化妆师”、“时装缝纫师”的角色。文章介绍了室内装饰施工的基本特点与要求，提出室内装饰施工人员应不断加强学习，储备相关技术支持，适应新要求，不断更新新技术、新工艺、新材料施工能力，只有这样才能不断推进室内装饰行业的发展。

Abstract: with the people to the improvement of the living environment quality requirements and aesthetic appeal, and the change of the interior design and decoration materials, interior decoration construction plays a building "makeup girl", "fashion sewing division" role. This paper introduces the basic characteristics of interior decoration construction and requirements, put forward the interior decoration construction personnel should constantly strengthen learning, reserve related technical support, adapt to the new requirements, and constantly update new technology, new technology, new material and construction ability, the only way to continue to promote the development of the industry of interior decoration.

建筑装饰施工的范围很广，它几乎涉及建筑的各种类型、建筑物的各个部位。凡是建筑中一切与人视觉和触觉有关的，能引起人们视觉愉悦感和触觉舒适感的部位都有装饰的必要性。随着我国国民经济建设的发展和人民生活的提高，装饰施工逐步从普通施工中分离出来，成为一个独立的专业。

室内装饰施工担负着建筑物的内墙、顶棚、地面的装修任务。在一幢建筑物中，内装修的工程量很大，尤其是住宅建筑。它与公共建筑或其它工业、民用建筑相比较，由于房间面积小、隔墙多，室内装饰工程数量上所占的比重更大。

室内装饰施工除承担新建筑物的室内装修任务外，还可相对独立地承招旧城改造、古建修复、门店装修、住宅美化等各方面的室内装饰施工任务。随着人们对居住环境质量要求的提高和审美情趣的变化，以及室内设计和装饰材料的发展，室内装饰施工扮演着建筑物的“化妆师”、“时装缝纫师”的角色。……
