摘要：土地整理效益是土地整理技术研究的一项基础性的工作，其是促进土地整理事业持续良好发展的重要保障；土地整理的主要目标是不断的探索土地整理的整体效益，即土地经过整理之后最终所获取的社会效益、经济效益、环境效益为一体的综合性效益。本文主要对当前形势下我国土地整理的效益进行了详细的分析与研究，旨在提高土地整理的综合效益质量。

土地整理能够实现土地的循环利用，其对于优化土地资源配置及促进生态环境良好发展等方面有着不容小觑的作用，目前已被越来越多的人所重视。土地整理效益研究是土地整理技术研究的一项基础性的工作，其是促进土地整理事业持续良好发展的重要保障，分析土地整理运行过程中对国民经济发展、生态环境等造成的影响，能够将土地整理理论进一步的完善，同时还使得土地整理实际运行行为越来越规范。虽然国内与西方国家的土地整理无论是在目标，还是在技术等各个方面都具有较大的差异性，不过从客观角度而言，实行土地整理能够促进农业产量、经济效益进一步提升，同时对于促进生态环境的良好发展以及为人类创造出优质的环境氛围有着重要的现实意义。

1．我国土地整理效益的内涵

我国从一开始实行土地整理工作阶段，就特别重视将社会、经济、生态这三种效益综合起来共同发展，然而在实际工作过程中，由于土地整理事业的实际发展水平还不够完善，致使我国土地效益评价只将经济效益评价作为主体部分。……
