摘要：本文通过结合某底层商铺模板施工实例，针对该工程的高支模施工环节，提出高支模的施工技术方案，对高支模的不同构件施工提出技术措施，同时就高支模的安全施工提出笔者的建议，旨在为同类工程提供参考借鉴。

工程概况

本工程为一层大开间的商铺，层高为5.1m，平面呈扇形，由主次梁板组成，本商铺板厚为180mm，梁高主要有700mm、1000mm，以及1500和1600mm高。鉴于本商铺楼层不算高，梁板荷载不算太大，经过计算分析，对本商铺的高支模施工采用满堂式模板支架，采用扣件钢管脚手架搭设。

高支模施工技术方案

根据本底层商铺高支模计算结果，同时考虑搭设方便、安全、简易的特点，本商铺的模板高支撑体系的参数采取如下技术方案：

（1）板支撑。本工程板厚180mm，板高支撑系统采用钢管式脚手架（顶托）高支撑满堂红脚手架搭设。板下立杆上端统一用可调支座，双钢管顶托，可调范围不超过300mm。扫地杆距底撑200mm；纵横每隔4排架加设一排剪刀撑，剪刀撑斜杆与地面夹角为45°～60°。水平剪刀撑从顶层开始向下每隔两步设置一道水平剪刀撑。垫板选用脚手板或者长度不少于2 跨，厚度不小于50mm 的木垫板。

（2）梁支撑。梁模板高支撑系统设计采用钢管式脚手架（顶托）高支撑满堂红脚手架搭设。梁下立杆上端统一采用可调支撑托，双钢管顶托梁，可调支撑的伸出长度不得大于300，托梁居中设置。……
