摘 要：随着建筑行业的迅速发展，建筑行业为我国经济的发展做出了重大贡献，但是我国建筑行业的经济增长方式还以传统的粗放型为主，不但浪费了大量资源，也不利于提高建筑企业的综合竞争力。价值工程是改善建筑企业经济增长方式的重要手段，它能够对建筑行业的产品做出功能分析，降低施工成本，为建筑企业的经济决策提供依据。本文从项目投标阶段、项目设计阶段和项目施工阶段分别探析了价值工程在项目管理中的应用，希望对建筑企业有所帮助。

Abstract: With the rapid development of the construction industry, the construction industry for thedevelopment of China''s economy has made a significant contribution, but the mode of economic growth in China''s construction industry is also mainly in the traditional extensive, not only waste a lot of resources, is not conducive to improve the construction enterprisesoverall competitiveness. Value engineering is an important means ofimproving the mode of economic growth in construction enterprises, it can make afunctional analysis of the products of the construction industry, to reduce construction costs, and provide the basis for economic decision-making in the construction enterprise.From the project bidding phase, the project design phase and project construction phaseexplores the application of value engineering in project management, to help construction enterprises.

一、价值工程在项目投标阶段的应用

由于施工企业在项目的投标阶段到项目结束之后的质保阶段，一直都有成本的发生。所以说从项目施工投标开始，就应当对项目进行价值分析，一直持续到工程结束之后的质量保障阶段。项目投标阶段的价值分析属于整个价值分析的重点阶段，因为这个阶段的价值分析结果能够成为决策者进行项目投标最直接的依据，良好的价值分析能够给决策者提供一份清晰的决策报告，让决策者依据价值分析的报告，来确定投标的限额。在这个阶段，施工企业应当在拿到对方的建设信息之后，针对要求，编制有效地项目信息表，并且要对项目信息表中的内容进行逐项的分析，得出最终的，有效地价值分析，来给企业的决策者提供有效的决策信息。……
