摘要：我国的城市化进度在不断急速，各个地区对市政工程的投入力度也逐渐加大，市政工程在城市建设的过程中有重要的地位。任何一个工程项目，在预期的时间内能不能投入使用，将直接关系投资资金的作用发挥，因此，对工程项目的进度进行合理的控制是项目管理的中心任务和关键点，也是保证项目能按时完成的举措。目前，我国的市政工程具有投入大，规模大以及工期长等特点，为了加强市政工程的管理工作，就要进行科学合理的进度控制管理，对市政工程的项目进度进行控制管理有十分关键的意义，其管理结果会关系到市政工程的整体目标。在进行进度控制管理时要了解目前影响市政工程的因素。

随着经济发展，我国的工程市场也在进行深刻的改革，尤其是市政工程的建设，规模不断加大，现代化的工程建设要求工程项目的管理采用更高要求的模式和方法。从我国的市政工程发展趋势来看，正在逐步专业化、现代化、规模化。而且在国内工程市场的大环境影响下，我国的市政工程基本形成与其相应的科学的管理模式。在对市政工程项目进行管理时，要协调工程进度与质量、安全以及成本之间的关系，按照制定的市政工程的进度计划严格严格地控制项目的工期和施工，而且保证施工中能合理利用各种资源。
