摘要：经济的快速发展，带动人们的生活水平的提高，人们对生活空间的舒适度也越来越高，面临近年来灾难的频发，人们对建筑结构的承载越来越重视，无论是新建还是已建成的建筑，对其结构的加固已成为人们只要关心的问题。本文主要介绍了建筑结构加固的必要性与原因，及常用的直接和间接方法，并同时分析了个方法所具有的技术特点与使用的建筑范围。让人们对建筑结构加固更加了解。

Abstract: the rapid development of economy, drive the people''s standard of living rise, people living space for the comfort also more and more high, face disaster and frequent in recent years, people on the building structure bearing pay more and more attention to, whether new or built building, the structure of the reinforcement has become as long as concern. This paper mainly introduces the structure of the building and the reasons for the necessity of strengthening, and the commonly used direct and indirect method, and the analysis method is the technical characteristics and the use of building range. 伴随着当代的经济的发展，人们对生活质量的要求也越来越高。又由于科学技术飞速的发展，出现了多种多样的新技术、新材料和新结构形式，作为我国经济发展贡献最大的建筑业也在当代形势下采用了先进的技术和方案。至上个世纪90年代我国颁布建筑法至今，我国建筑方面的发展突飞猛进，所以为了满足人们对生活质量得要求，确保建筑工程拥有优质质量，在新建工程和原有工程都要进行结构加固处理。尤其是原有建筑结构的加固，因为对原有建筑的改造，可以提高工程经济指标的控制，同时也使土地得以利用完全，可以缓解城市用地的紧张，为城市发展解决部分问题。

1加固的必要性

根据《民用建筑设计通则》规定，纪念性建筑或特别重要的建筑设计使用年限为100年，普通建筑或构筑物设计使用年限为50年，易替换性建筑物设计使用年限为25年，临时性建筑设计使用年限为5年。……
