摘要：随着经济的飞速发展和人民生活水平的日益提高，人们对于住宅建筑给排水系统的设计要求也越来越高，其设计水平的高低直接关系到建筑物整体正常使用功能的发挥。因此，建筑工程应将给排水设计作为一项重点任务来抓。本文笔者就住宅建筑给排水设计过程中的诸多问题及设计要点进行了详细的分析和阐述，以期为给排水设计整体水平的提高提供参考。

Abstract: with the rapid development of economy and the people''s standard of living is increasing day by day, people for residential building water supply and drainage systems design requirements also more and more high, the design of level directly related to the whole building normal use functions. Therefore, building drainage design should be as a key task to grasp. In this paper the author residential building water supply and drainage design problems in the process of the key points of the design and carried on the detailed analysis and discussion, so as to raise the level of the whole water supply and drainage design to provide the reference.

一、给排水管材的选用问题

目前，住宅建筑的给水管道多为塑料管材，此种管材具有重量轻，抗压性能好，耐腐蚀性能强，使用寿命长等诸多优点。一般采用的塑料管有聚乙烯塑料管（PE）、硬聚氯乙烯管（PVC－U）、交联聚乙烯管（PEX）、聚丙烯管（PP－R）以及铝塑复合管（PE－AL－PE）等等。进行给排水管材的选择时，除了考虑使用环境、温度、压力以及安装方法等方面之外，还要依照住宅建筑的档次和业主的基本要求，经过技术经济性分析后再确定。通常情况下，排水管材多采用UPVC螺旋管、UPVC芯层发泡管及离心铸造排水铸铁管等。UPVC螺旋管在UPVC的管道内壁增设了螺旋型导流线，有效改善了噪声污染的问题；UPVC芯层发泡管不仅具有高抗冲击力、隔音、绝缘以及热稳定好等基本特点，有效增强了排水时的隔音效果；住宅底层排水立管往往进行转换设置，一般排水立管、排水横干管以及出户管均采用离心铸造排水铸铁管，能提高排水管道因堵塞引起管道系统受压产生的承压能力，能极大提高排水系统的安全运行。……
