摘要: “立体库房”工程是京棉文化产业园(三标段)重点项目。建筑施工针对测量工作的重要性,监理抓紧质量控制，这是我们工作要点,方法对头工作流程及预控措施得当。有效控制施工测量精度,满足设计、规范、合同规定的各项要求。因测量工作贯穿于施工全过程，于工程中是无可替代的作用。康迪监理在工程中,对测量工程质量控制自始至终认真,由一名专业土建工程师负责。工程开挖前测量放线,总包单位持有京棉集团提供的设计院的平面布置图及规划许可证、测绘院提供的钉桩坐标通知书。监理工程师在确认以上资料齐全、有效无误;施工方和监理才能进行放线和验线工作。

Abstract: the "three-dimensional warehouse" project is JingMian cultural industrial park (three bid lots) focus of the project. Construction work on the importance of measuring, supervision on quality control, it is our main points, rival work process and method is realized proper measures. Effective control of construction the measurement precision, meet the design, specification, contract, the provisions of requirements. For measuring work will run through the whole process of construction, in engineering is irreplaceable role. Condi supervision in engineering, the measurement of engineering quality control seriously from beginning to end, by a professional civil engineer. Before excavation engineering measuring unreeling, the total package units JingMian group held the design institute to provide the layout and planning license, surveying and mapping of the nail pile coordinates provide the notification. Supervision engineer in confirm that the above information is complete, effective and correct; Construction and supervision and inspection line pay-off can work.

自去年9月进入京棉工地，监理就按合同约定质量管理放在重要位置,总包在建设方拿到測绘部门给出的“水准点”座标，按设计图纸标明的标高、尺寸进行放线。

该“立体库房”楼属于深基础大开挖，最大埋深-6.5m；平面呈长方形;使用性质以写字楼功能为主，为中小型企业提供舒适的办公场所。工程总建筑面积：14750M2。主要包括地下一层(层高4.8M)、地上五层,其中一层层高4.80米，二至五层层高3.60米。结构形式为钢筋混凝土框架结构。工程柱距为10.0×6.0米。结构耐久年限:50年;耐火等级:一级，抗震设防烈度:8度。写字楼功能，各种设施齐全，楼内各层安装新风+盘管，水系统、供热由原小区机房供给。工程具有深基础、施工场地狭窄,四周临近高层居民区及商场等高大建筑，且建设方要求的工期紧、任务重图纸中途又有变更，测量工作内业计算量较大。……
