摘要：近几年，随着我国建筑事业的发展，建设规模的不断加大，我国逐渐成为世界建筑业历史上发展最迅速的国家之一。但是，我国在建筑的施工过程中出现的问题也日渐突出，如何减少施工中出现的问题，提高工程施工质量对项目的建设便显得尤为重要。本文就是对建筑工程施工技术管理的重要性进行的探讨。

1 引言

随着我国的经济发展，尤其近几年建筑的项目日益增加，导致在建筑过程中管理的难度逐渐加大，建筑的质量和安全存在严重的隐患，对于一座质量高、标准高的建筑物，与各个方面的配合和协调是密切相关不能忽视的。因此，如何来提高建筑工程中施工的技术管理对项目的建设变得尤其重要，这也是建筑企业立足与发展的基本要求。

2 工程施工技术管理的重要性

2.1企业的发展取决于管理的好坏

建筑施工程要有一定的技术力量还要有一定的技术管理水平，这些条件是建筑工程过程中能正常实施的重要因素。尤其近几年建筑业发展迅速，新的工艺、技术、材料、装备层出不穷，从而导致工程项目建设的结构更加复杂，需要实现的功能更加的特殊，这些条件使得我国的建造技术水平日渐提高，对技术管理的要求也更加严格，这更加显得施工管理技术的重要可以说管理的好坏能够决定建筑企业的发展趋势。
