摘要：本文通过分析我国已建成或典型的铁路隧道施工过程中所遇到的问题和困难，对我国特殊地质环境下的铁路隧道施工过程中存在的问题有了一定的了解，主要地质灾害有断层、软岩及塑性变形、高压富水、岩溶、煤层等，针对这些问题，从问题寻找诱发因素，并总结相关的经验教训，结合施工工程所处的地质条件，提出相应的解决措施，希望能为有效的解决我国在特殊地质环境下的铁路隧道工程等问题提供帮助。

Abstract: through analysis of our country has built or the typical railway tunnel construction process with problems and difficulties, and the special geological environment of our country under railway tunnel construction of the problems in the process of having learned, the main geological disasters have faults, soft rock and plastic deformation, high pressure rich water, karst, such as coal, aiming at these problems, from seeking inducing factors, and summarizes related experience, combining the construction project in geological conditions, and puts forward the corresponding measures, the hope can effectively solve the special geological environment in the railway tunnel engineering problems of help.

地质灾害问题已成为一直困扰着铁路隧道顺利施工的主要问题之一，在施工前要对工程的施工地段的地质条件有充分的了解，为有效解决这些问题提供了依据和基础，文中将详细介绍在这特殊地质环境下施工的工程难题，以及相应的解决措施，并对相关技术问题进行讨论研究。

1.特殊地质环境铁路隧道施工难点

在我国铁路隧道施工过程中，由于特殊的地质条件和因素的影响，存在着很多的地质灾害问题和施工困难，主要包括有“如何保护围岩，如何充分利用围岩”的问题，还有可能会遇到高压涌水、大型岩溶及石油天然气、断层、煤层等地质地质问题，这将给工程施工带来很大的困难。在特殊的地质环境下进行施工作业，突出问题就是“如何保护围岩，如何充分利用围岩”的问题，以及如何有效解决上述的地质灾害给施工所带来的难题。……
