摘要：当前，随着我国市场经济的不断改革与快速发展，以及建筑法的实施，对于工程的运行与操作提出了更高的要求。业主在选择施工单位过程中越来越严格，因此，对于部分基础工程的施工单位在参加投标与承揽基础工程过程中，应将设计图纸作为重要的依据，制定出科学合理的工程造价预算书，并通过技术经济的方法选择出优质的方案，提高自身的核心竞争力。由于桩基础工程施工工艺具有特殊性质，其预算方法与其它土建工程的预算方法有着不同。本文主要通过实际例子论述了桩基础工程的正确预算方法以及需要注意的一些问题。
