摘要：后浇带施工技术是整个房屋建筑施工过程的重要环节，其质量的高低将直接影响到整个工程体系的质量水平。所以，对于后浇带施工技术我们应当予以高度的重视，进行认真的讨论研究。而本文正是针对后浇带施工的主要技术，与实际工程相结合而进行的要点分析，以期在今后的施工过程中避免因技术状况导致工程的质量受到影响，给建设单位以及施工单位自身带来经济上的损失。

Abstract: the construction technology of the pouring belt is the whole housing construction process of the important link, its quality will directly affect the whole engineering system levels of quality. So, to of the pouring belt construction technology we shall give a high degree of attention, carefully discuss research. In this paper it is pouring belt of the construction of the main technology, combined with the actual engineering of the quantitative analysis, in order to avoid future construction process from the technology conditions lead to the quality of the construction is affected, give the construction unit and the construction unit to bring their own economic loss.

1 引言

在房屋建设过程中，后浇带施工是众所周知的重要环节，所以在施工的过程中，对于该过程绝对要予以十二分的警惕，严格依据技术要求进行施工，防止因疏忽导致的质量不过关，以此保证建设单位以及施工方两方面的经济利益。在技术控制方面，我们应当从工程的设计阶段就开始着手监控，在工程施工的过程中及完成后的全过程，进行严密的技术控制，不轻视任何一个阶段，才能确保施工质量。

2后浇带施工技术概述

在当下建筑技术飞速发展的时代，市场对于建筑物的要求也越来越高，各种主楼裙房式、超长结构式、体型不规则式等等的建筑不断出现在人们的视野中。所以，在建筑结构设计的过程中，就开始要求设计者对之后实际施工中可能出现的情况进行合理的预计，避免建筑物超长的结构影响到整体的质量。在未设置伸缩缝或者有……
