摘要：近年来，虽然我国工程机械工业化水平发展迅速，但由于在现阶段的机械工程中耗材浪费情况突出，已与经济和社会的可持续发展形成一定矛盾。本文通过对机械工程中耗材使用情况的分析，提出了机械工程中耗材节约的方法和思路，并对今后的节才的发展方向进行了展望。

Abstract: in recent years, although our country''s construction machinery industrial level development is rapid, but because of the present situation in mechanical engineering material waste outstanding, already and sustainable development of economy and society of forming a certain contradiction. This article through to in the mechanical engineering material use are analyzed, and the mechanical engineering material in the method and idea of saving, and the future of the quarter was prospected.

随着世界经济和我国经济的飞速发展，我国的作为经济发展重要基石的机械工业也随之取得了飞速发展。然而，我们必须清醒的认识到，我们在取得成绩的同时，付出了高额的能源代价。能源短缺已成为全球与我国经济社会发展的致命瓶颈。据统计，我国GDP占全世界的4％，而能源消耗却占到了10％，已成为世界第二大能源消耗国。资源节约这个重中之重的问题不仅对维持经济和社会的可持续发展至关重要，而且是社会可持续发展的必然要求。因此在机械工程中节材并努力减少发展中的资源消耗已成为全球和我国的首要问题。

一、材料在机械工程与建设安装中消耗特别庞大

(一) 钢材等材料的利用率非常低

据统计，我国机械工业的铸、锻件综合废品率偏高，这就造成了原材料和能源的浪费严重，据部分调查数据显示，在机械工业中其铸铁件废品率为12％～14％，铸钢件废品率为10％～11％，有些厂甚至高达20％，而相同情况下国外一般低于5％。我国机械工业中钢材的利用率权为60％左右，与发达国家相比，有10％～15％的差距。……
