【摘要】随着经济的发展和社会的进步，我国建筑市场有了健康的发展，建筑工程取得了重大成绩。建筑工程是一项管理民生的重点工程，与人们的生活息息相关。但在建筑行业突飞猛进发展的同时，建筑工程管理却没有与之协调发展，存在着种种问题和不足。本文主要分析了建筑工程管理中存在的问题，并对之提出了一些相应的控制措施，为建筑工程的管理工作提供一定的借鉴。

【 abstract 】 with economic development and social progress, China''s construction market with the healthy development, construction engineering have made great progress. Construction project is a key project management of the people''s livelihood, and people''s life. But in the construction sector by leaps and bounds development and at the same time, construction project management and coordination development but not, there are various problems and the insufficiency. This paper mainly analyses the architecture engineering the problems existing in the management, and put forward some corresponding control measures, for the management of the construction project and provide the reference.

引言

随着我国经济的快速发展，建筑工程也在不断的进步和发展，可以说，在一定程度上已经积累了大量丰富的管理经验，取得了很好的成绩。但是，由于各方面的原因，建筑工程管理中仍然存在着许多的薄弱环节。

一、建筑工程管理中的问题

建筑工程管理主要是指在工程立项后，对于招标、规划、设计和施工等过程的管理，使得建筑工程项目能够高效的完成。目前，由于我国在全面实行建筑工程项目管理上的时间仍相对较短，加之一些系统专业以及理论研究与探讨不够深入，从而导致了我国建筑工程的管理工作存在着一些的问题：

1、管理体制不健全

管理体制不健全是我国建筑工程管理工作中尤为突出的问题之一。管理体制是建筑企业对其整个建筑工程进行管理的基本依据，体制不健全，对整个建筑工程的建设将会造成很大的阻碍。然而我国相当多的建筑工程项目，出于想节省人员开支的目的，而对工程管理部门进行大量的削减，导致管理部门和人员的残缺，员工身兼数职的现象严重。……
