摘要：当前，随着改革开放的不断深入，我国经济的腾飞，交通运输业得到了前所未有的发展，尤其是城市轨道交通更是取得了突破性的进展。城市轨道交通的发展不仅缓解了城市交通拥挤的问题，方便了人们的出行，而且促进了人们消费水平的提高，带动了城市经济的发展。本篇文章仔细论述了城市轨道交通地面施工控制网的特点和设计原则，并提出了切实有效的测量研究方法。

Abstract: at present, with the further reform and opening, our country economy development, transportation industry is under unprecedented development, especially the urban rail traffic more that made breakthrough progress. The development of urban rail traffic not only alleviate the city to the problem of heavy traffic, convenient for people to travel, and promote the people raising the level of consumption, leading to the development of urban economy. This article carefully discusses the urban rail transit construction control the characteristics of the network and design principles, and puts forward some practical and effective measurement methods.

随着交通运输业的发展，城市轨道交通建设成为了众多城市规划中的重点项目。城市轨道交通建设是一项复杂的综合性非常强的工程，它不仅关系着城市建设的成效，而且每一条线路的建设都与离不开测量工作。地面施工控制网的测量是保质保量地实现整个城市轨道工程建设的前提条件。

一、城市轨道交通地面施工控制网的特点

城市轨道交通是由传统的地下铁道工程发展而来的，比地下铁道工程更复杂，难度更大，可以说是地下、地面，甚至是高架等不同形式联合在一起的现代交通方式。这样的工程虽然给人们的出行带来了方便，但也对测量精度提出了更高的要求。

1、设计与施工所用测量数据的有机结合。城市轨道交通设计时所用到的测量数据大多数是从城市的测量数据库获取的，而实际施工过程中，地面控制网的数据是结合工程开工之前的设计来测量的。……
