随着我国园林事业的蓬勃发展，园林绿化施工企业日益增多。由于风景园林工程通常涉及绿化栽植、园路、假山、给排水、造地型等多项内容，在施工过程中往往会出现交叉作业，因此，若在施工现场管理施工配合、工程成本控制管理不善，将会影响施工进度、工程成本，甚至工程质量，造成效益降低的不良局面。因此科学管理好园林工程质量，对园林工程具有重要的意义。

1 园林工程的发展现状

改革开放以来，我国的园林建设事业在多方面都有了长足发展，主要表现在：改变了园林工程仅供少数人观赏的消费理念，确立了为人民服务，为社会主义服务的正确方向：园林绿地形式与数量不断增多，园林工程施工技术与质量不断提高，已成为现代化城市建设的主要基础设施之一；正向着生态化 低碳化的方向发展，逐步形成了全社会参与的环境建设工程 但是，从整体上看我国除少数园林绿化先进城市以外，不少城市还不是很理想，与生态平衡和文化休憩的功能要求还需付出更多的努力
