摘要：随着国民经济的发展和繁荣，建筑业也在不断地发展和进步中。建筑业中高层建筑的发展是比较快的。有些高层建筑因为需要会设计地下室的建筑，地下室的建筑是属于高层建筑的最底层设计，对设计的技术含量要求高，对施工质量的要求严格，所以应该给予高度重视。本文主要介绍了一下高层建筑中的地下室设计中一些值得注意的地方。

Abstract: along with the development of national economy and prosperity, and the construction is in constant development and progress. Construction the high-level building is the development of faster. Some high-rise buildings because of the need to design the building will be the basement, the basement of the building belongs to the bottom of high-rise building design, the design of the technical content of the demand is high, the construction of the requirements of the quality of the strict, so should give high attention. 城市化的发展越来越快，人们对生活质量的要求也越来越高。现如今，几乎每一家都会有一辆小汽车，小汽车的使用会增加交通的负担，同样也增加了车库的使用空间。在高层建筑的地下设计地下室是解决空间有限的一种有效的方法。建设高层建筑地下室的技术是比较高的，质量要求也比较严格，比如对漏水问题如何解决，对设备管线的设置问题如何处理，温度应力以及地下水的浮力问题，还有不均匀沉降问题，这些问题都是必须充分考虑的问题。下面我们从这几方面进行简要的分析和概述。

一、如何设置地下室的嵌固位置
