摘要：青岛前湾招商局国际集装箱码头3#、4#泊位主体工程采用的比利时进口钢轨压板、配件开展了标准段施工工艺方法，改变了以往钢轨接头焊接工艺，革新了钢垫板调平工艺，针对钢轨安装存在的问题分析原因、制定对策，通过对策实施，提高了钢轨安装合格率。在钢轨安装过程中创新钢轨的加工、制作、安装工艺，用细节质量上的提升带动了整个工程质量的提高。

前言

青岛招商局国际集装箱码头工程是重力顺岸式码头，采用沉箱结构。工程规划建设5个10万吨级大型集装箱专用泊位，2个5万吨级多用途泊位，码头前沿水深-22m，顶面标高+5.8m。，是重力式码头的典范，也是青岛市的窗口工程。

本文针对青岛前湾招商局国际集装箱码头1#、2#泊位主体工程钢轨安装测点合格率只有88.8%，既影响码头观感质量，又难以满足业主要求的现状，以“提高钢轨安装合格率、创建局精品工程”为目标，力求在细节上提高工程质量，使码头整体施工水平达到新高度。

钢轨安装工序：预留轨道槽及锚固螺栓孔、凿毛清孔、安装锚固螺栓、灌注锚固螺栓孔胶泥

安放钢垫板及调平螺栓、调平后灌注轨道槽胶泥、焊接下压板、铺设胶垫板及钢轨、钢轨调直、安装上压板、焊接钢轨接头、灌注轨道专用沥青
