摘要：随着国家经济等各方面的蓬勃发展，当前国内秘书职业需求呈持续增长的态势，但秘书素质却存在诸多的问题，特别是职业道德素质，不能很好的适应社会的发展、组织的要求。而道德因素对一个人的事业成败起着决定的作用，秘书只有提高职业道德修养，才是做好秘书工作的根本。因此本文就秘书如何提高职业道德修养问题作几点探讨，希望对秘书职业道德水平的提高有所启迪，做一个令领导感动、群众满意的优秀秘书。

有一位先哲说过，天地之间能够照亮心灵的只有两种东西，一个是天空中的太阳，一个是道德。一个人没有业务能力做不好事情，但有了业务能力，而没有道德，却是社会的祸害，道德素质对一个人事业的成败起着决定的作用。秘书只有提高职业道德修养，才是做好秘书工作的根本。那么秘书该如何提高职业道德素养，做一个令领导感动、群众满意的优秀秘书？要做一个优秀的秘书，起码要做到以下几点秘书职业道德要求：

一、热情礼貌,细致周到

一滴水可以折射太阳的光辉。一个训练有素的秘书，除了具有系统的专业知识和技能外，每天能提前到岗，主动清洁和整理上司的办公环境和自己的办公环境，维护办公设备；在主管进来时能主动起身跟上司打招呼，及时送上咖啡和工作日志；进出上司办公室注意敲门，尊重上司的隐私；……
