摘要: 文章通过对广州地铁生产管理中信息化生产计划管理和原有生产计划管理的差异对比，从而引出信息化生产计划管理对广州地铁生产运营，层级管控等一系列生产管理工作开展的重要性以及信息化生产管理的必然性。

一、引言

发达国家城市轨道交通的发展历经近150年，经过萌芽发展期、缓慢停滞期、高速发展期，目前已进入稳定成熟期，而中国城市轨道交通行业的发展目前正处在高速发展期，中国的北京、天津、香港、上海、广州、深圳等城市都已经开通地铁，许多其它城市的地铁也在紧锣密鼓地修建之中，广州地铁发展伴随着外界环境和内部环境的共同作用稳固扎实的前进着。随着企业信息化的必然趋势发展，广州地铁的生产管理工作也正在加快信息化生产计划管理实施的步伐，全方位发展，以此与发达国家的城市轨道交通的发展水平接轨。
