摘要：

随着城市化进程的深入，城市设计和城市建设问题正越来越被人们所关心。中国作为文化古国，在城市设计上很早就已经形成了自身的一套较为完整的体系，从尊重自然环境出发，逐步形成关于城市建设选址及其布局的思想和学说,结合风水学说的原则，中国传统的城市设计手法颇有特色。现代的科学技术发展，各种高速的交通工具的发展，似乎使城市的尺度跳出了山水等自然环境的制约，人类征服自然的能力增强，充分开发.利用资源的自然观引导城市的建设和发展，西方现代城市设计中的那种“独立于自然环境而单独存在的自整体性”和独立体系的思想，对中国现在的城市设计有很大的影响，城市功能区的明确划分，大轴向的确定等等，但当我们赞叹于这种自成体系的条理性和形式美的同时，我们又发现它与那始终存在的自然环境之间的关系似乎有所冲突,也造成了不少消极结果。现在众多学者对中国传统城市的考察和研究，我想也正是在对诸如此类问题的思考吧。我们的理想城市应是既有现代特色，又有与传统城市中那种与环境亲和魅力的综合体——山水城市。

Abstract:

Along with the urbanization process of the deep, urban design and construction of the city is more and more people concern. China as a cultural ancient country, very early on in the urban design has formed its own a set of relatively complete system, from the respect of natural environment, gradually formed about urban construction layout of the site and its thought and theory, the combination of the theory of feng shui principles, the traditional Chinese urban design technique has distinguishing feature quite. The modern science and technology development, various high-speed transportation development, the scale of the city seems to be out of landscape, etc natural environment restriction, conquer the nature of the human ability strengthens, fully development. Use the resource view of nature guide urban construction and development, the western modern urban design that "independent of the natural environment and exist alone since the integrity" and independent of the thought system of China, the city now has great effect on the design, urban functional area to differentiate clearly, to determine the axial and so on, but when we admire in this kind of their own systems of organization and formal beauty at the same time, we also find it and that''s always there the natural environment of the relationship between seems to be conflict, also caused the many negative results. Now many scholars, traditional Chinese city of the investigations and research, I think it is also to such problems in the thinking about it. Our ideal city should be is both modern features, and with the traditional city that and environmental compatibility of complex-landscape city glamour.
