摘要:社会高度发展的今天人们对土地的需求越来越大，而高层房屋的建造在当今社会显得十分的重要，因此高层房屋建筑在近年来也得到了迅速的发展。一些相应的技术在高层建筑的的运用成为工程顺利进行的关键，尤其是转换层施工技术在高层建筑结构中的应用。在高层高层房屋建筑的结构中，转换层技术是高层建筑的核心部位，它是一个高层房屋建筑物中不同结构形式相连结的关节点，它既是下部结构的封顶，也是上部结构的“空中基础”，起到连接的纽带作用。下文对转换层施工技术在高层建筑结构中的应用进行探讨简析。

Abstracts:The development of society people are growing demand for land, and high-rise housing construction in today''s society is very important, therefore, high-rise housing construction in recent years has been rapid development. Some corresponding technology in building application into engineering the key points, especially the conversion layer construction technology applied in high-rise structures. 引言：随着现代社会的发展与科技的进步，近年来，高层房屋建筑越来越受到人们日常生活和商业化的重视，因此的到快速的发展。随着人们对土地需求量的逐渐增大，建筑的类型也发生了巨大的变化，多样化、复杂化、综合化成为目前发展的总趋势。因此，现代高层建筑中，一般下部多层建筑用于建造综合性商业网点，上部高层建筑为住宅或办公，在结构上与简单的住宅房屋建筑有了较大改变，增加了大跨度结构转化为较小跨度结构的过渡转换结构层。因此，在房屋结构的设计和施工中，转换结构层成为高层建筑的重点、难点。本文主要对高层房屋建筑常用的结构转换形式进行了分析，并对转换层结构的关键施工技术进行了阐述。……
