摘要：随着现代社会的不断发展和进步，对于建筑品质的要求也越来越高，不仅要有形式功能上的创新，在节能环保方面也应该达到指定的标准。如何解决环保与功能形式等的完美结合是日前需要探讨的问题。建筑外墙的保温则成为了一项重点的改革项目。但是在外墙的保温工程施工中依然能面临愈多的问题和挑战，需要进一步加强研究，提出解决的办法。本文就高层住宅XPS外墙保温系统施工的常见问题进行了分析，并提出了相应的解决方法。

Abstracts:With the continuous development of modern society and progress, for the construction of the quality requirements are increasingly high, not only have the form function innovation, in energy conservation and environmental protection should also reach the specified standard. How to solve the environmental and functional form is the perfect combination of a need to explore the issue. External wall insulation system has become a focus of the reform project. But in the external wall insulation construction can still faces many problems and challenges, we need to further strengthen the study, propose solutions. In this paper, high-rise residential XPS external wall insulation system construction common problem undertook an analysis, and proposed the corresponding solution method.

引言

XPS外墙保温体系施工时，出现了一些问题，比如外墙饰面层的开裂、脱落、结露等问题，既影响了高层住宅的保温性能，又影响了外墙的安全性。现就这些问题进行分析并提出解决方法，从而有效提高XPS外墙保温系统的施工质量。

1 XPS外保温系统施工中出现的问题分析

1.1材料问题

XPS外保温系统施工中出现的问题，很多是因为在施工时选择材料不恰当引起的。在这个受市场控制的环境下，利益是各个商家追求的目标，在一些缺乏责任心和专业性的企业当中，都只求利益而不顾质量的问题，在没有对外保温材料进行专业达标检测的情况下，就匆忙的将一些不合格的保温材料投入市场，扰乱了市场的秩序。在施工过程中使用这些材料后会导致质量出现问题，达不到相应标准的要求。还有将保温材料以次充好，价格定好后又开始偷工减料，以劣质的材料抢占市场，这样必然会造成XPS外墙保温系统质量不符合要求。……
