浦东某项目节能回风能耗的利用探讨

摘要:洁净厂房净化空调系统,净化面积较大、净化级别要求相对较高,在一般设计中,大多数采用一次回风系统,室外新风与室内回风均经过表冷段和加热段,且由于空调机组型号规格较大,使消耗的冷量及加热能耗均有增加,设备和施工费用及运行费用也相应提高; 二次回风系统设计,部分回风在表冷段后加入,使空调机组消耗的冷量及加热量都减少,设备(表冷器、马达等)投资及运行费用都相应减少,设计不但能满足温湿度及洁净度要求,而且节省了能源的消耗。本文以某项目洁净车间为例,分析采用二次回风系统后节能约20%左右,从中得出结论,在送风量大的净化空调工程中,二次回风系统比一次回风系统在节能方面要优胜的多。
Abstracts:Clean purification plant purifying air conditioning system, larger area, purification level requirements are relatively high, in the general design, the majority of the secondary return air system, outdoor fresh air and indoor air after cooling section and a heating section, and the air conditioning unit sizes larger, so that the consumption of cooling and heating energy consumption has increased, equipment and construction costs and operating costs also increased; the two return air system design, return air in the cooling section after the accession, the air conditioning unit consumption of cooling capacity and heating capacity is reduced, equipment ( cooling device, such as a motor ) investment and operating cost are reduced correspondingly, design not only can satisfy the temperature humidity and cleanliness requirements, but also saves the energy consumption. In this paper, a project of clean workshop as an example, analysis using two primary return air system of energy saving about 20% the left and right sides, draw conclusions from the large supply air volume, air purification project, the two return air system than the secondary return air system in energy-saving aspects to winning more.

1、引言
在洁净室空气调节设计中,我们往往强调空气净化品质和气流组织形式的控制,而忽略了空气处理过程、合理利用回风等诸多方面的节能设计。随着洁净室建造规模迅速发展和扩大,设计中的节能问题引起高度重视。在洁净室设计中应采用先进的节能技术和措施,精心设计,达到节能目的。
2、工程概况
上海浦东某项目是以1-7#楼和变电房8个单体建筑物构成,其中综合楼为九层,1-6#楼为5层,总建筑面积约100000m2,该项目机电安装工程由管道工程、电气工程、通风空调工程及弱电工程组成。本工程以每个建筑单位为单体,设置集中空调冷暖源和洁净车间的净化空调系统。……
