摘要： 以西安地区为例，在城市高速发展的背景下，对市区级文化设施状况进行大量调研的基础上，对文化设施的选址、室内空间、室外空间等一系列问题进行分析比较，通过量化的手段，对不同的市级文化设施的状况提出相应的解决对策，并对目前文化设施的设计手法和空间类型进行总结，为将来文化设施的发展方向提供必要的理论依据。

Abstract: the xian area as an example, the urban development background, the level of cultural facilities in the basis of the studies of the cultural facilities to the location, interior space, outdoor space and so on a series of problems in the analysis and comparison, through the quantitative method, in different municipal cultural facilities condition put forward corresponding solutions, and the current cultural facilities design technique and space type was summarized, the cultural facilities for the future development direction of provide the necessary theoretical basis.

一、引言

今年是国家“十二五”规划的第二年，“十二五”规划提出：创新驱动，实施科教兴国战略和人才强国战略，旨在增强科技创新能力，加快教育改革发展和造就宏大的高素质人才队伍。这引起社会各界对文化设施的建设高度重视，这给基础文化设施的复兴带来了历史机遇。目前城市中的市级文化设施一方面由于受到地区经济，历史，和社会的影响，状况很差，出现了设备陈旧、空间不足、功能单一、空等一系列的问题；而另一方面，有限的国家财政投入与地方资金的不足，使得文化设施的发展举步维艰。这就要求市级文化设施建筑设计需要结合不同地区的实际情况，又能体现各区的文化特色。市级文化设施作为市、社区、街道三级基层文化设施的核心环节，需要满足该区域群众的文化需求。
