摘要: 通过对采矿业现状的分析以及环境影响的调查研究，综合诸多因素的考虑，提出切实可行的解决方案，以此为依据，更好保护环境不受到采矿的危害。本文主要是从现状分析到治理方案的研究，结合自身的工作经验和专业知识，提出合理的、科学的措施，促使采矿和环境协调发展。

Abstract: through the analysis of the present situation of the mining industry and the environmental impact of investigation and study, comprehensive many factors to consider, and feasible solutions, on the basis of, and better protect the environment from the dangers of mining. This article mainly from the analysis of the status of research to control plan, combined with their own work experience and professional knowledge, puts forward the reasonable and scientific measures, and to promote the coordinated development of mining and the environment.

1 采矿现状所面临的环境问题

采矿强烈的改变了地质环境,带来了日趋严重的环境问题,极大地影响了人类生存环境,并且造成了严重的经济损失。采矿业是根据地域的不同，及分布特点，综合考虑，设计符合当地环境特点的采矿方法，使采矿和环境发展起到相互促进的作用。所以减轻和防治由矿业引发的环境破坏及污染是非常重要的。

一是采矿剥离围岩等固体废物堆放，破坏了地表植被，排土场分层堆放台阶较高，还存在发生泥石流、滑坡等造成地质灾害和生态破坏的隐患；二是露天采场原有地貌已全部破坏，地表植被消失，边坡角度46度，仍存在局部塌方和破坏的危险。

2 采矿中影响环境的因素

2.1水资源环境的影响

(1)采矿必须要疏干排水，使地下水位大幅度下降，降落漏斗水力影响半径达十几甚至几十公里。因太原西山煤矿的开采，导致地下水位骤降、晋祠清泉断流即是最好的佐证。它不仅严重浪费了地下水资源。使本已严重缺水的工业重镇太原市更加雪上加霜。……
