摘要；本文是笔者结合建筑智能化系统工程的构成，在分析了当前建筑智能化系统管理维护中存在的问题的基础上，重点讨论了建筑智能化系统的管理维护方法，对建筑智能化系统实行全面而专业的管理及维护已经成为建筑智能化系统发展的趋势之一，给出了若干具体管理及维护的措施建议，对于提高建筑智能化系统的管理维护水平具有一定的借鉴意义。

引言：结合建筑智能化工程项目管理实践经验，针对建筑智能化安装工程进度管理中存在的问题进行分析，建筑智能化系统作为一个独立的建筑安装系统，越来越多地被应用于一些新建的楼宇中，为了保障建筑智能化系统的正常工作，及其可靠的服务寿命周期，专业的建筑智能化系统管理及维护也显得越来越必不可少。就目前现状而言，大部分建筑智能化系统的专业维护及系统管理，缺乏有效的可操作性的管理维护措拖及建议。

1 建筑智能化系统维护目的

1.1建筑智能化系统的构成

结合自己的工作内容。将楼宇建筑智能化系统按照不同的功能来划分，主要包含安全防范系统和自动控制系统两个方面。

一、安全防范系统

安全防范系统以空间来划分．可分为室内部分和室外部分。室内部分主要负责公共场所室内的安全防范系统，是由若干子系统构成的，这些子系统共同保障了公共场所内的安全防范，并将监控的所有信息连接到公共场所的指挥调度中心。……
