[摘要]在我国国有企业和国有为主体的企业，政工队伍是一支稳定和优秀的队伍，他们长年累月，战斗在企业的各条战线上。为企业的生存与发展作出了卓越贡献，成为了一支深受广大人民员工爱戴和尊敬的队伍。但是，随着改革开放的经济迅猛发展，各种意识形态进入中国。在各种思潮强烈地冲击下，企业政工干部的生活方式、工作方式、分配方式以及人际关系随之发生了改变，心理压力越来越大。当这种冲击超出其正常的心理承受能力时，会给他们带来忧郁、悲观、失落、惆怅等消极的心理。因此，对当前企业政工干部队伍的心理状况进行分析，剖析各种内外因素，提出相应对策是稳定和发展企业政工队伍的当务之急。

[abstract] in our country state-owned enterprises and state-owned as the main body of the enterprise, administrative team is a stable and outstanding team, they matter, fighting in the enterprise of each front. For the survival and development of enterprises made outstanding contributions, become a favored by the majority of people''s staff love and respect team. But, with the reform and open policy the rapid economic development, all kinds of ideology into China. In all kinds of thoughts strongly impact, enterprise political work cadre way of life and working ways and distribution methods and human relations to the change, the psychological pressure is more and more big. When the impact beyond the normal psychological ability, will bring them depression, pessimism, lose, disappointed and negative psychology. Therefore, in the enterprise political work cadre team state of mind, analyzes all kinds of internal and external factors, put forward the corresponding countermeasure is to stability and development enterprise administrative team of the moment.

改革开放的大潮强烈地冲击着企业政工干部队伍。政工干部的生活方式、工作方式、分配方式以及人际关系也随之发生了改变，心理压力也越来越大。当这种冲击超出其正常的心理承受能力时，有些政工干部便产生了忧郁、悲观、失落、惆怅等各种消极的心理现象。因此，重视分析研究企业政工干部心理健康问题，使企业政工干部保持一种良好的心理态势很有必要，这也是摆在当前思想政治工作前沿的十分紧迫而严肃的问题。本文就当前企业政工干部队伍心理状况作粗浅的分析，剖析各种动因，提出相应的对策。
