摘要：城市建设中高层建筑的主要建筑已成为提高土地利用率的基本方式，但在建筑施工过程中,仍然存在着许多安全问题,根据高层建筑施工的特点,从制备方法、主要的新建、改建和安装方面的高层建筑的建设的管理方法及应注意的问题出发，有效地减少安全事故的发生,保证高层建筑施工质量。 本文将主要从高层建筑的技术、大体积混凝土等方面进行论述管理的重要性。

引言

随着经济的快速发展,住房和消费者意识的要求越来越高,尤其是在城市里, 利用高层建筑为主要手段来解决土地紧张，消费者要求的满足。今天的购物中心、酒店和住宅高层建筑采用了一种方式来建立高层建筑的整个结构比较复杂,建设工期长,为了保障建设的前提下,完成后,建设身边需要制定科学有效的施工质量管理和控制策略。

1高层建筑的特点
