摘要:内河涌是指堤围内的受水利工程设施控制的自然或人工开挖的河道。内河涌不仅承担着供水排水、水产养殖、水上运输、排涝除渍、纳污释污等功能，对区域经济的发展十分重要，而且对改善和维护城市生态环境和人居环境、提高城市品位及弘扬地域文化起着十分关键的作用。目前，内河涌水系作为城市自然环境的重要因素、城市建设的骨架网络，已深深地影响着城市的性质、用地布局以及发展方向。本文以广东省佛山市南海区大沥镇谢边涌水系引用国内外水系治理的模式及所取得成效为例，为确定相应的河涌水系综合整治提供借鉴作用。

At present, freshwater river drainage as the city environment are important factors in city construction, the cytoskeletal network, has deeply influenced the nature of city, land use layout and development direction. 一、内河涌水系综合治理背景

河流与人类的关系十分密切，是人类社会生存和发展的起源地，与人类文明、文化和历史戚戚相关。河流的健康状况不仅决定着自身的发展演替，而且还影响着人类社会的生存和发展。近代以来，由于科学技术的突飞猛进，人类在对河流的改造方面取得了巨大的成就，河流为人类服务的功能得到了充分的发挥。然而同时却出现了新的问题，那就是对河流环境和生态系统造成了损害，使得河流自然生态功能严重退化。对河流的过度开发和不合理治理及随着人口的增长和工业化的发展，人类随意将越来越多的污染物排入河流，引起河流污染也是人类对河流不当利用的主要负面后果之一。……
