摘要：建筑工程项目的施工中，施工过程中的造价控制是落实造价管理目标的重要一环，也是建筑工程项目实施各种管理的重点和关键，建筑工程的施工阶段是建筑物实体的形成阶段，也是人力、物力和材料消耗的主要阶段，通过对施工过程中的存在的造价管理存在的问题进行分析，从而为落实造价管理目标指明了方向。在实际的工程项目的建设和施工中，可通过严格审核工程项目变更、控制现场签证、控制施工材料价格和竣工结算的审查等方面具体落实造价管理的目标。

建筑工程项目的造价是建设一项工程所预期的开支或者实际开支的全部的固定资产的投资费用。也就是建筑工程项目建设费用的全部，包括建安费以及其他相关的费用。建筑工程项目的造价控制包括工程项目建设的多个方面，与工程建设的各个环节和层面都具有密切的联系，在建筑工程项目的立项决策以及设计完成后，施工阶段的造价控制成为了建筑工程建设目标控制和实现的关键和重要环节，工程项目施工阶段的造价控制应从实际出发，从而建立与具体建筑工工程项目所需要的造价控制体系。
