摘要: 城市综合体的出现是城市形态发展到一定程度的必然产物。因为城市本身就是一个聚集体，当人口聚集、用地紧张到一定程度的时候，在这个区域的核心部分就会出现这样一种综合物业。被称为“城中之城”的城市综合体具有空间尺度大、建筑功能复杂（既有大众化的一面，同时又是高科技、高智能的集合）、人口密度大等特点，能够进行合理的给排水设计对于工程价值具有重大意义，同时也是我们一直探讨的课题。

在经历了将住宅地产和商业地产严格区分的时代后，人们发现，单一的地产开发模式已经越来越不能满足人们的生活居住要求，不能适应地产的迅速发展，开创一种崭新的地产开发模式就成为地产商们面临的课题，综合体建筑模式正在挑战国外最先进的地产开发模式。本文主要对综合体建筑中消防给水系统、生活给水系统、排水系统和雨水系统四方面设计进行论述。

1 消防给水系统设计

城市商业综合体内部人员密集，建筑功能复杂，一旦发生火灾，火势蔓延迅速、不易扑救，人员逃生困难，容易造成重大人员及财产损失，因此消防系统设计的可靠性尤为重要。

1．1 自动喷水灭火系统

为保证发生火灾后，自动喷水灭火系统及时动作，达到控火灭火的效果，应根据不同功能场所选择适合的喷头: 办公区、车库可选择普通喷头；……
