摘要：近年以来，自然环境越来越恶化，人们对宜居问题已开始反思。随着我市城市化进程的加快，宜居社区园林绿化事业有了长足的发展，但由于各镇经济总量和决策者重视程度的不同，各地宜居社区园林绿化建设的发展极不平衡，特别是一些镇环境意识不强，园林绿化投入不足，致使宜居社区园林绿化建设中出现不少问题。笔者通过观察分析，结合我市宜居社区园林建设中存在的各种弊端，总结出普遍存在的问题，并针对这些问题提出发展对策。

Abstract: in recent years since, natural environment more and more worse, people on livable problem has started to reflect on. As the city''s the acceleration of urbanization, livable community landscape industry has developed rapidly, but because the economy and decision makers towns value degree of different, each district livable community landscape green construction the uneven development, especially some town environmental consciousness is not strong, landscape investment, less cause livable community garden afforestation appear in many problems. Based on the observation, in combination with the city''s livable community garden existing in the construction of the various drawbacks, summarizes the general problems, and in the light of these problems paper puts forward some development countermeasures.

一、宜居社区园林建设中出现的问题

（一）社区园林绿化与社区建设规模发展不同步，无长远规划，侵占绿地、滥伐林木的现象时有发生，还有些社区的规划绿地被挪作他用。近年来大规模的城市改造工程，使得成年树木被大量砍伐，砍了栽、栽了砍，造成人力、物力、财力的浪费。

（二）存在一些不科学的倾向性。社区园林除了绿化环境和工人休息享受自然之外，还有另外一个作用就是其整体的表现效果。园林建设中栽植的植物要多物种相互结合。不考虑当地的实际、当地地理环境特点和树木生物学特性，盲目引进外地树种和重名贵品种，轻乡土品种，重人工造景，轻自然景观，重草轻树，造成引种失败和病虫害大发生。（三）植物苗培植质量参差不齐，不能达到同一规格效果。由于社区绿化施工单位在购进苗源的时候，大多不是从一个苗源基地选择苗种，因此会出现植物的苗培质量参差不齐。……
