摘要:随着我国经济建设的快速发展，人民生活水平的不断提高，人们对自身居住条件也有了较高的要求。在国家大力进行基础建设的同时，住房建设也在如火如茶的进行，那么在当今条件下，人们对自身的住房要求是什么？国家政策如何来调节当前这个社会由于住房紧张而引起的供需矛盾。在此情况下，国家对住宅房地产建设出台了各种措施，实行调控，以满足广大人民的生活需要。面对着新形式发展，做为建筑设计人员，更应跟进时代潮流，把握时代命脉，响应国家号召，更新自己的住宅设计观念，探讨研究最新的住宅设计模式，使自己的户型设计更能符合国家政策，更人性化。

0.前言

国家政策主要内容就是调节城市住房的供应平衡，使住房更理性化，更人性化，不断增加中小户型的数量，以满足广大普通老百姓的住房需要。如果盲目的不加限制的开发大面积户型，只能是国家的资源得到不必要的浪费，使那些广大的最需要买房的住户因为各种原因买不到住房，同时也可能造成大量的房屋闲置，形成巨大的泡沫危机。在这种情况下，倡导提倡节约资源的住宅建设的消费模式，进行这样的小户型设计是很有必要的。面对着新形式发展，做为建筑设计人员，更应跟进时代潮流，把握时代命脉，设计出经济适用，富有个性的住宅建筑，本文浅谈一下自己的看法。……
