【摘要】近现代砖木结构建筑的建筑材料主要以木材为主，由于这些建筑历史比较古老，受到常年的自然侵蚀，含水量非常低，非常容易燃烧，并且古建筑没有消防设施，一旦发生火灾将会造成严重的后果。在对古建筑保护以及修复的过程中消防安全具有重要的作用。本文主要根据古建筑的目前的状况，进行谈论近现代砖木结构建筑的消防安全以及防火设计。

引言：随着社会经济和人类文明的快速发展，城市建设不仅应注重于现代建筑的建造和创新，还应注重对历史建筑的保护和修复。古建筑具有独特的风格和造型以及具有悠久的文化历史和文化内涵，在现代社会中受到世人的瞩目，并且随着经济技术的快速发展以，人们对文物的重视，对古建筑的保护和修复受到高度重视。

一、发生火灾的原因

（1）消防设计不足

近现代建筑结构主要以砖木为主，并且由于古建筑常年受到风吹日晒，建筑材料含水量非常少，恨容易燃烧，而且古建筑消防设施不足，消防安全通道缺乏。砖木结构建筑发生火灾后，火势除了向水平方向蔓延外，还会出现垂直蔓延的情况，造成立体燃烧，而且在古建筑建设的过程中通常是组群不知，如果发生火灾将会出现火烧连营的情况，从而造成难以想象的后果[1]。
