摘要:随着社会实现建筑可持续发展,必须在建筑的全寿命周期内即决策、设计、施工、运营等阶段,全面贯彻可持续发展战略,而建筑施工阶段对环境的破坏最为直接和严重。本文立足于绿色施工技术、从节材、节能、节水、节地和保护环境五方面出发进行分析，明确绿色施工的要求，进而提高人们的绿色施工意识推动绿色施工的实施。

Abstract: Along with the community to achieve the construction of sustainable development must be in the building life cycle, the stage of decision-making, design, construction, operation, fully implement the strategy of sustainable development and construction stages of damage to the environment is the most direct and serious. This article is based on the green construction technology, from the five aspects of materials, energy conservation, water conservation, land and protect the environment analyzed the requirements of the clear green construction, thus enhancing people''s awareness of green construction to promote the implementation of green construction.

1绿色施工的概念

绿色施工〔1〕是指在工程建设过程中，在保证安全、健康、质量的前提下，通过科学管理和技术进步，最大限度地减少对环境的负面影响、节约资源（节材、节水、节能、节地）和提高效率的施工活动。

绿色施工与传统施工相比，有很大的区别。传统施工以满足工程本身指标为目的，往往以工程质量工期为根本目标，在节约资源和环境保护方面考虑较少，当其他要素与质量、工期等指标发生冲突时，采取牺牲其他要素的方法来确保质量和工期，这样做的后果常常是工程本身质量、工期达到了要求。但工程施工中对环境产生了很大的影响，也浪费了大量的不可更甚者，工程竣工后很长时间后遗症尚再生资源在， 无法达到建筑与自然和谐之目的。

而绿色施工在传统施工三大目标的基础上，进一步强调资源、能源消耗的最小化、遏制环境退化，进而创造一个健康的建筑环境。图 1所示为建筑业从传统施工的初级范式向可持续转变的过程。……
