摘要：优美的园林绿化环境已成为住宅小区最基本的要素，并且直接关系到小区的整体水平及质量，同时它又是房地产开发商是否能够经营成功的一个极重要的因素，对商品住宅的销售产生了明显的影响。与社会经济的发展同步，居住区园林已成为园林设计的一个重要类型，国内的园林设计思想也进入了新的活跃期，并随着国外景观设计思想的进入、中西方园林设计思想的交融发展到一个新的阶段，这里我们称之为居住小区景观环境设计阶段。本文就试探着探讨一下有关居住小区景观环境设计的一些设计理念、内容和手法。

Abstract: The beautiful landscape environment has become the basic elements of the residential area, and is directly related to the overall level and quality of the district, but it also is a very important factor of real estate developer is able to operate a successful commercial residentialsales had a significant impact. Synchronized with the socio-economic development of the gardens of the residential area has become an important type of garden design, the garden design ideas also entered a new active period, and with the entry of foreign landscape design ideas, blend the development of Western garden design ideas to a new stage, where we called residential area landscape and environmental design stage. In this paper, tentatively explore some design ideas about landscape in residential area of environmental design, content and practices.

1 居住小区环境景观设计

虽然近年来我国加大了对居住小区环境的改善力度,但是还存在很多问题,如有的小区没考虑到儿童、老人的特有需要导致设施不足；有的小区过于追求形式,设计大面积纯观赏性绿化而忽视人的参与；有的小区景观风格缺少协调照搬外来文化等。建造一个居住小区就等于建造一个包括建筑物、道路、水道、设施、树木和花草等在内的一切事物的小世界。

居住小区环境景观设计是为了给居民创造休闲和活动的空间,进行整体设计时需要把握人们视觉感受的对象与方式。由于人的视觉活动不同,所感受的环境对象也不同。一般居民很少有机会去领略居住小区的全貌,环境的秩序只能在每一种景观设施构成的连续性上得到实现。……
