摘要：信息化技术是全球经济一体化实现的基本保证，是当代社会高速发展的主要特征。企业管理信息化是指企业广泛利用现代信息技术，充分开发信息资源，把先进技术、管理理念和方法引入到管理流程中，实现管理自动化，提高企业管理效率和水平。从而促进管理现代化，转换经营机制，建立现代企业制度，有效降低成本，加快技术进步，增强市场竞争力。

Abstract: Information technology is the basic guarantee of global economic integration to achieve the main features of the rapid development of contemporary society. 1、提高了管理决策的正确性、缩短了决策周期

信息化工程的实施为乳业集团的管理决策提供了所需工具和手段。首先，由于排除了人工统计，全部采用计算机统计，使数据的准确性大大提高；其次，由于快速的信息处理，使数据的及时性得到了保证；最后，信息化工程提供了集成的网络环境和先进的通信手段，方便了决策者对公司经营状况的整体把握。

2、促进了管理的科学化

信息化工程的实施为公司管理的科学化提供了极好的时机。随着信息化工程实施工作的深入，公司原来业务与管理流程中存在的许多问题逐渐暴露了出来，使原来隐藏在业务工作中的各种隐患得以暴露并逐步得到解决，形成了信息化工程实施与管理科学化相互促进的良性循环。
