摘要：廊坊是一个缺水型城市，是河北省唯一一个没有地表水源的设区市，而且工业、农业及生活用水全部依赖开采，甚至是靠超采地下水来维持。特别是近年来，随着城市规模的不断扩大，一批大项目的相继落户，水资源短缺问题日益凸显，已经成为廊坊实现更好更快发展的制约瓶颈。廊涿干渠工程的开工工建设，使得该沿线地区不日将用上域外水。本文介绍了廊涿干渠PCCP管道工程、施工工艺和施工的整个流程。

Abstract: Langfang is a water shortage city, and the only city that has no surface water source in Hebei province. And its industrial, agricultural and domestic water is totally depended on mining, even by overexploitation of groundwater to sustain. Especially in recent years, with the constant city expansion, a large number of projects are settled in succession, which causes the problem of the water shortage increasingly prominent, and has become the bottleneck for Langfang to achieve a better and faster development. The the construction of Langzhuo main canal project will bring the surface water for this area very soon. This paper introduces the PCCP pipeline project, construction technologies and the entire process of the construction of the Langzhuo main canal project.

一、工程简介

南水北调配套工程廊涿干渠PCCP管道安装工程是河北省南水北调配套工程最大的输水工程，从南水北调中线京石段主渠道饮水，直供廊坊市广阳水库。PCCP输水干线总长48.813km，最大引水流量11m3/s，采用双排DN2400、DN2200 、DN2000预应力钢筒混凝土管输水，河北省水利工程局承建了廊涿干渠（廊坊段）施工第三标段，标段全长7.5km。

本工程所采用的PCCP管道，标准管长5m，内径2.2m，重量14.8t。根据河北省水利工程局现场安装情况，对PCCP管道安装总结如下。

二、施工工艺

施工中采用额定重量20t，跨度23m的龙门吊安装和100t履带吊两种方法进行安装。对于不具备条件地段采用双行走小型龙门吊进行槽内安装；采用专用的内拉液压系统进行管道对口。最后进行接口打压，检测接口密闭性。
