摘 要：随着我国市场经济体制的建立，建筑行业投资机制也发生了很大的变化， 股份制企业和私有企业异军突起，特别近些年来，住房改革取得了飞速发展，一批以商品房开发为主的房地产开发公司应运而生，商品房建设如火如荼，使得建筑业迅猛发展，广大农民工加入了建筑工人的行列， 因此，建筑施工安全管理受到了极大的挑战。本文主要介绍了我国工程建筑中存在的安全管理的主要问题， 并进行了较为细致的分析， 然后重点阐述了对于目前存在主要问题的改善措施。

Abstract: With the establishment of China''s market economic system, the investment mechanism of construction industry also has happened great changes that joint-stock enterprise and private enterprise rise. Especially in recent years, the housing reform has made rapid development, which brings a number of real estate development companies among which mostly are commodity housing development enterprises. The rapid construction of commodity house makes rapid development of construction, and the peasant workers joined the ranks of the construction. Therefore, building construction safety management receives great challenges. This paper mainly introduces the main problems of safety management in engineering construction of our country, and conducts a more detailed analysis, and then expounds the improvement measures of the main existing problems on focus.

建筑业作为我国新兴的支柱产业，同时也是一个事故多发的行业，由于行业特点、工人素质、管理难度等原因，以及文化观念、社会发展水平等社会现实，建筑工程安全生产形势严峻，建筑业已经成为我国所有工业部门中仅次于采矿业的最危险的行业。相对于其他行业来说更应该强调安全生产。安全生产搞得好坏，直接关系到国家和人民生命财产安全，其任务艰巨，责任重大，意义深远。要从讲政治、保稳定的高度，以对国家和人民高度负责的态度就，狠抓安全生产管理工作。

一、我国建筑施工安全管理现状具有如下特征：
