摘要：近年来，随着国家对基础建设的加大投入，施工单位的工程量与日俱增，作为拥有劳务队伍的施工企业，如何对劳务队进行管理，加强思想政治工作建设，已成为基层党建面临的新课题。由于企业劳务合同工在企业职工队伍中占有一定的比例，做好这一群体的思想政治工作也相当重要的。思想政治工作是一个潜移默化渐进的运动过程，更是一个灌输引导的引导过程，在社会不良倾向的影响下，个别劳务工对公司的亲切感、信任感、责任感、荣誉感日益淡薄。因此，思想政治工作是有效的防范不良现象，保证公司工作的正常运转的重要保证。由于劳务工构成复杂，历史遗留问题多，队伍管理难度较大，这就要求我们要投入更大的心力认真念好“情、理、利”“三字经”，有效地做好思想政治工作，使员工思想稳定，工作积极性高。
