摘要：在建筑工程日趋自动化、智能化的今天，电气安装工程在整个建筑工程中的地位尤为重要，可以说是整个建筑工程神经系统，与其他分部工程有着千丝万缕的联系，尤其和土建施工关系最为密切。随着科学技术的发展，许多新工艺、新材料、新技术得到推广应用，施工中的协调配合就愈加显得重要。在土建施工阶段，要针对建筑结构及施工方法的基本特点采取相应的方法，充分做好电气安装的配合施工。

笔者仅以自己所监理的一般住宅和办公等民用建筑工程中常见的钢筋砼和砖混结构形式，简单谈谈土建施工各阶段的电气施工配合工作。

Abstract: With the development of science and technology, many new processes, new materials, new technology has promotion application, the construction of coordination appears more important. In the civil construction phase, it should to take the appropriate method for the basic characteristics of the building structure and construction, to do all the electrical installation with the construction. 首先，土建施工前,电气安装人员应会同土建施工技术人员，共同审核土建和电气施工图纸，以防遗漏和发生差错，电气工人应该学会看懂土建施工图纸，了解土建施工进度计划和施工方法，尤其是梁、柱、地面、屋面的做法和相互间的连接方式，并仔细地校核自己准备采用的电气安装方法，能否和这一项目的土建施工相适应。施工前，还必须加工制作和备齐土建施工阶段中的预埋件、预埋管道和零配件。

进入在基础工程施工时，应及时配合土建做好强、弱电专业的进户电缆穿墙管及止水挡板的予留予埋工作。这一方面要求电气专业应赶在土建做墙体防水处理之前完成，避免电气施工破坏防水层造成墙体今后渗漏；……
