摘要：医护处置一体化管理系统(简称CTIS系统)是通过大量运用数字化技术再造临床护理工作新流程努力的最新进展，它的成功运行推动了临床护理工作重心的转移，使护士更多地关注与患者直接相关的病情观察、健康宣教、心理辅导等临床护理工作的核心需求。该文详细分析了我国目前临床护理工作的现状，CTIS系统的原理与使用的优点，CTIS系统推动了临床护理工作重心转移的意义，描绘了护理数字化时代的新景象。

Mobile Digital Technology under the Conditions of Clinical Nursing Work Shift

Abstract: medical management integration management system (CTIS system ) is the extensive use of digital technology in clinical nursing work flow reconstruction new to the latest advances, it runs successfully promoted clinical nursing the move of working centre of gravity, make nurse more attention and patients are directly related to the observation of disease, health education, psychological counseling, clinical nursing the core of the work demand. This paper presents a detailed analysis of the current situation of clinical nursing work, the principle of CTIS system and the advantages of using CTIS system, promote the clinical nursing shifts the focus of work, depicting the nursing digital era of the new picture.

临床护理观察是护理学的重要组成部分。众所周知，病人是各种各样的，疾病和病情变化更是纷繁复杂多变的，护理过程就是护士运用精湛的专业理论与操作技能和敏锐的观察力，第一时间从千差万别的病情观察中捕捉病人每一个异常变化及时汇报医生并积极处理，使病人达到病情好转或保全生命的过程。

俗语说“三分治疗、七分护理”。现在，越来越多的护士认识到临床护理观察对护理工作的重要性。甚至有人认为临床护士工作重心应该有四分之三是观察，观察的好坏，会直接关系到病人生命的安危和千家万户的幸福或悲痛。因此，护理病情观察是反映临床第一线护士的工作责任心和实际工作能力，也是衡量护理质量的重要标志之一。[1]
