[摘要] 目的 检测基质金属蛋白酶-9（MMP-9）和血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达，并评估其预后价值。 方法 应用免疫组织化学技术检测86例非小细胞肺癌和60例正常肺组织中MMP-9和VEGF的表达，分析其在不同临床特征中的价值，关注其表达对判断预后的意义。 结果 非小细胞肺癌中MMP-9和VEGF表达的阳性率明显高于正常肺组织，MMP-9和VEGF的表达与非小细胞肺癌肿瘤的直径、胸膜侵犯、分化程度及淋巴结转移有关，非小细胞肺癌中MMP-9和VEGF的表达呈正相关，生存分析显示MMP-9和VEGF的表达与患者的预后有关。 结论 非小细胞肺癌中MMP-9和VEGF高表达，MMP-9可能对肿瘤的血管形成有促进作用，联合检测MMP-9和VEGF的表达可能与非小细胞肺癌患者的预后有关。

Expression and significance of MMP-9 and VEGF in non-small cell lung carcinoma

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the protein expressions of MMP-9 and VEGF, observe their relationship and clinical significance on development and metastasis of non-small cell lung carcinoma. Methods We detected the protein expressions of MMP-9 and VEGF by IHC in the non-small cell lung carcinoma (86 cases) and normal lung tissues (60 cases). Their expression relationship and different pathological characters in the non-small cell lung carcinoma were analyzed. Results The protein expressions of MMP-9 and VEGF were higher in the neoplasm than in normal lung tissues. Their expressions were correlated with diameter, pleura invasion, differentiation and lymph node metastasis. Positive correlation between MMP-9 and VEGF protein were found in neoplasm. The expressions of MMP-9 and VEGF were correlated with prognosis. Conclusion The higher expressions of MMP-9 and VEGF are found in non-small cell lung carcinoma. The combined detection of MMP-9 and VEGF may be helpful for prognosis of neoplasm.

非小细胞肺癌在发生发展过程中，常存在着旺盛的血管生成。基质金属蛋白酶家族在肿瘤的发生发展中具有重要的生物学作用，而且其相关成员对肿瘤的血管生成有一定促进作用。本实验应用免疫组织化学技术检测非小细胞肺癌中基质金属蛋白酶-9（MMP-9）和血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）的表达，探讨肿瘤中MMP-9和VEGF表达的关系及对判断预后的意义，旨在为临床探讨肿瘤的发生发展及治疗提供理论帮助。

1 材料与方法

1.1 材料
