摘要：目的：让使用计算机或硬盘播出的人员了解硬盘的故障类型和掌握在使用过程中需要注意的事项。过程及方法：在使用的过程中，不要将硬盘或者硬盘组件掉落在地上，并避免碰撞；禁止在通电状态下和断电30秒时间内搬运或者拍打硬盘设备；在运输过程中，要采用能够保护硬盘不被震动和碰撞的包装；在安装硬盘设备时，尽量固定在机架上；保证符合设备要求的温度和湿度环境；减小静电对硬盘的影响和保持硬盘使用环境的清洁。结论：定期保养，使其稳定运转，就能有效延长硬盘使用寿命。

Hard Disk Drive Failure Types and Matters Needing Attention

Abstract: Objective:To use a computer or hard disk broadcast staff understand how hard the fault type and the master in the use process need notices.Processes and methods: In the use of the process, not the hard disk or disk assembly falls on the ground, and avoid the colli? sion; banned in a power-on state and the power-off time of 30 seconds in handling or flap drive equipment; in the process of transporta? tion, to be used to protect the hard disk cannot be shaken and collision packaging; in hard disk installed equipment, as far as possible fixed on the frame; ensure compliance with the requirements of the equipment of the environmental temperature and humidity on the hard disk; reduce electrostatic effect and maintain hard disk using the environment clean.Conclusion: Regular maintenance, make its stable operation, can effectively extend the service life of the hard disk.

随着计算机技术，网络技术的飞速发展，各级电视台的播出系统都已从手动播出改为硬盘自动播出系统。经济条件好的单位都上马了硬盘服务器播出系统，亳州广播电视台为确保安全播出，台领导也出重资从北京格非公司购置了四频道的服务器版硬盘播出系统，并且是一主一备。为存储我台栏目和采集的电视剧，我们也上马了4T的二级存储系统，再加上采集机、上载机、播控机、字幕机和主备数据库，使用的硬盘较多，所以确保安全播出，维护好硬盘至关重要。在这些设备中，硬盘是相对容易出现故障的部位。尽管我台的硬盘设备都采用了RAID技术，提高了其可靠性，但硬盘容量的增大，对读写精度的要求也越来越高，硬盘出错的概率也增加了。……
