摘 要 针对网络技术发展迅速、大学生熟练运用甚至依赖网络手段的情况，进行了基于SharePoint的职业生涯规划教学平台构建研究。在SharePoint平台上搭载精品课程、测评软件、设置课程作业和个体咨询等工作流任务，实现了职业测评、课程互动、职业咨询等功能，实践表明该平台能提高学习积极性、显著改善教学效果。

Teaching Platform based on SharePoint

Abstract For the rapid development of network technology, college students proficient or even dependent on the network means, carry out research to build SharePoint-based career planning teaching platform. Equipped with quality courses on the SharePoint platform, evaluation software, set the course operations and individual consulting and other workflow tasks to achieve a vocational evaluation of the courses and, career consulting and other functions, practice showed that the platform can enhance the learning enthusiasm, significantly improving teaching effectiveness.

0 引言

生涯规划教学的效果是高校就业指导水平的重要体现，在网络技术发展迅速、广大学生熟练运用甚至依赖网络手段的前提下，怎样利用网络技术构建一个良好的职业生涯规划教学平台是当前一个值得研究的课题。目前许多学者对职业生涯规划课程的背景、意义、课程设置、教师培训、效果等方面有大量的研究，①②③④但是关于利用网络技术来提高职业生涯规划的教学水平的研究较少。基于此，本文在近几年教学实践的基础上，进行基于SharePoint的职业生涯规划教与学平台构建研究。

1 网络条件下的职业生涯规划教学平台

网络技术的迅速普及，移动网络的广泛利用为职业生涯辅导提供了新的载体和挑战，基于网络的“全程辅导”模式是一个充分利用网络、具有积极导向意义的教学模式。⑤在网络环境下，指导老师根据各个阶段学生的不同特点有针对性的调整辅导内容，有传递信息快速、全面，服务范围广，被接受程度高的特点。
