摘 要 第二语言的学习不仅是21世纪个体发展的重要任务，也是当前国际教育关注的焦点之一。教育领域的学科整合，学科领域的学科交叉，使得我们必须结合多种理论来看待英语教育理论，认识英语学习的本质规律。文章主张通过语言大信息量输入，强调在小学英语教学中充分发挥小学生习得语言的能力，在大量的语言输入过程中让学生理解、应用语言，从而掌握语言。

Increase Language Information Input,

Improve the Level of Students' Language Use

Abstract Second language learning is not only the important task of individual development in the 21st century, it's also the focus of attention of international education currently. Field of education, integration of disciplines and interdisciplinary disciplines, we need to look at the English educational theory combined with a variety of theoretical understanding of English learning, the nature of law. In recent years, I have proposed the language of a large amount of information input, with emphasis on the acquisition of the capacity of language to give full play in the English language teaching in primary schools pupils, students understand the language input process, the application language, in order to master the language.

基础教育课程改革是一次自上而下的全方位的改革，教育部颁发的课程改革纲要及各学科课程标准中，提出了许多全新的理念。如何将这些先进的教育理念真正转化为教师日常的教学行为，是取得本次课程改革成功的关键，同时，这又是一个难点。新时期的教研员应该是教育科学的实践者，教育实践的理论解说者；教研员还应是优质教育资源的开发者、传播者。课改是社会整体改革的一部分，我们要用批判性的思维去看待课改，依据科学科理论来指导课改，踏踏实实的研究课改，用素质教育的结果来体现课改。

1 问题提出的背景

本区使用21世纪小学英语实验教材（北师大版）。在实施课程改革和试验教材划时代的工程中，笔者根据自己的教学经验和对新理念、新课标的理解，带领试验教师实施运用“活动型”的教学途径引导一年级学生运用语言，为学生创造学习的空间。课改试验在课堂教学方面虽取得了一定的成绩，但在一些监测、评价及抽测的形式下，当时部分教师最突出的倾向是把语言看成是“知识”，语言学习的过程成了“规律理解和记忆”的过程。……
