摘要：随着国民经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高，人们对建筑工程施工质量提出了更高要求，而加强工程建设质量、健全质量管理体系是保证建筑业正常运行的重要渠道，但我国当前建筑施工项目的质量管理现状并不乐观。因此，需要充分分析影响建筑施工质量的因素，加强施工质量的优化探究，提高质量管理意识，更好地为工程建设服务。

关键词：建筑工程；施工管理；问题；对策

Abstract: With the development of the national economy and the improvement of people's living standard, people on the architectural engineering construction quality put forward higher requirements, and strengthen the quality construction, improve the quality management system is the guarantee of the normal operation of the important channel of construction industry, but our country's current construction project quality management situation is not optimistic. Accordingly, need a full analysis of the factors affecting the construction quality, strengthen the construction of quality optimization, to improve the quality of management awareness, better services for project construction.

建筑业作为国家重要产业之一, 地位日趋明显。在市场经济下企业之间的竞争不断加剧，为了从根本上提升自身的竞争力，关键在于管理工作的好坏。一个好的企业, 必然有一套好的管理方式;反之, 倘若企业仅有雄厚的物质基础和技术实力, 而管理工作薄弱, 制度不健全, 那么仍旧会在竞争中处于被动不利的境地。

一 建筑工程施工管理的重要意义

（1）管理工作的好坏, 很大程度上决定了企业的经营效益、企业信誉乃至企业存亡的问题。建筑工程施工必须具备一定的技术条件和技术装备, 而这些技术条件和技术装备需要企业的技术力量和技术工作组织管理水平来支撑和实施。

（2）建筑施工有其特殊性。建筑的类型、样式繁多, 规模要求各不相同, 施工作业受天气影响较大, 而复杂的多工种交叉施工、多项技术综合应用、工序搭接较多, 在这些生产过程中都需要加强管理, 进而保证施工正常有序地进行, 以便达到预期的质量要求、使用功能要求和降低建筑成本要求的目标。……
