摘要：随着建筑发展的日新月异，人们对建筑物的各方面要求也越来越高。在地下建筑空间方面，人们对其适应潮湿环境的能力、耐火等级要求、环境保护要求等也越来越苛刻,地下墙面、顶棚所采用的传统的耐水腻子+涂料做法显然很难满足这些要求，天然安石粉饰面逐渐走进人们的视线。本文着重从安石粉相比于传统饰面做法所表现出的优良性能、地下室安石粉施工环境要求、基层处理、安石粉涂抹等方面介绍地下安石粉饰面的施工工艺及施工要求，提高地下室安石粉饰面的施工质量。

1.安石粉饰面与传统饰面的性能比较

建筑物地下空间一般作为地下车库、人防或商场等用处，对耐火等级要求较高，地下空间又属于潮湿环境，在潮湿环境下，材料的抗空鼓、抗开裂能力、耐潮、耐水性、易施性、强度等性能都是饰面材料选择所要考虑的因素，我们在地下室的墙面、顶棚饰面所采用传统的耐水腻子+涂料做法显然不能很好地满足上述要求，相对于传统的饰面做法，采用天然安石粉饰面做法则具有以下几个方面的优势：

（1）耐火不燃性：传统的内墙乳胶漆涂料燃烧等级最多达到B级，属于可燃性材料，按照国家标准《建筑内部装修设计防火规范》，B级材料不能用于防火要求较高的建筑类别和建筑部位（如几乎所有建造物的顶棚，高层楼房的“一类公共建筑”，六层以下“大型建筑”的内墙），而天然安石粉燃烧性能则能达到A1级别标准，可在任意等级要求的建筑类别和建筑部位使用。……
